How do I contact someone about an order or problem with the site?
• Please submit a trouble ticket HERE. Or check us out on AIM - " undrcrwnsupport" - we are not on all the time, but we will be on whenever we have a large sale, store opening, dropping new gear, etc. You can also try to call 877-THE-CRWN for support. We are not always available by phone however. If you call by phone please leave your email with your message, will return phone message by email only.
What if an item I want to order is out of stock?
• If an item is unavailable on our website, check out our list of world wide retailers and/or revisit the site periodically for updates, re-stocks or special orders
Do you recommend any special care instructions for your merchandise?
• Yeah, let your mother handle that business! Read and follow the care instructions on the tag of each product
I am interested in becoming an Undrcrwn retailer? How do start a wholesale account?
• Retailers may contact us for a pricelist and any other information. Please include your contact info, what company you own/represent, company info, and possibly photos of your store. Click HERE to submit a request for more information.
What type of security do you use on your website?

What is your return/exchange policy?
• Our return policy is as follows –
• Only unwashed, unworn and defective merchandise can be exchanged. All items purchased on Undrcrwn.com must be returned in their original condition with original packaging ** All purchases that are marked as a sale item are FINAL!
******Please note: We do not refund money for returned products; we only offer store credit or merchandise exchange
How do I make an exchange/return?
• In order to make a exchange/return you must have email correspondence with Undrcrwn customer service, web@undrcrwn.com or through our online form HERE.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping charges during the exchange process. A return-shipping label must be included from Undrcrwn to the recipient along with exchanged product
• Undrcrwn will pay shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective
• A copy of the item's return/exchange confirmation e-mail with customer service must be included with all returns/exchanges
What if my product is defected, or if my product does not fit or if I was sent the wrong product?

Do you ship internationally?
• You know it. We ship US Postal Service for all International orders, and UPS Standard to Canada
What about customs and customs/duties fees?
• International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of Undrcrwn. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.
